For almost the last 25 years of living in Detroit, I have enjoyed exploring all the areas the city has to offer and the opportunity to meet so many genuine people that have impacted my life. On my free time I like to jog in different areas, take bike rides through the neighborhoods and try out the many new restaurants and bars that seem to open every day.

I am part of an extraordinary team that oversees the leasing needs of over 10 properties in Midtown and Downtown Detroit.

Katherine graduated from Wayne State University with a degree in public relations in 2014. After graduation she worked as a special events coordinator and marketing communications specialist for Henry Ford Health System and General Motors, respectively.

In 2019 she began her work in the multifamily industry as the marketing manager for three Class A properties in Capitol Park.

She joined the Beanstalk Real Estate Solutions team in August 2023 and currently manages three properties in Detroit located in Midtown, Old Redford and the Eastern Market.

Sara brings over 15 years of experience in property management with extensive knowledge of real estate trends and effective marketing for lease ups.

As a strong leader, Sara has developed and implemented policies and procedures, mentored team members as well as cultivated and maintained productive relationships with clients, tenants, Investors, and vendors in both the pre-lease and operating phases of new developments. Sara is a great communicator and brings creative marketing and public relations strategies to her properties to give her tenants and visitors a great memorable experience.

Sara has won awards consistently for Customer Service of Excellence, “Best of the Best’ and Top Ten Closing Ratio.

Hadley graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Marketing in 2023. During her senior year, she interned at NAI Wisinski of West Michigan as a Property Management Intern and learned the ropes of property management and the real estate industry.

Post graduation, she landed a position at Beanstalk Real Estate Solutions as their Marketing and Business Development Associate.

She currently oversees all the company’s marketing and advertisement material along with guiding prospective tours of some of the residential properties.
